Going to start calorie counting from today.
Decided at 4pm, so am unsure about the exact calories I have already consumed but I will estimate.
0700 - Protein World Shake with 400ml full cream milk - 300 (milk) + 105 (shake powder)
1400 - Red Curry with Cup of White Rice - 600 calories
Going to not eat for the rest of the day, maybe eat a little fruit later, but going to concentrate on making a goal map, sorting my calendar and drinking lots of water.
My goal for this week is to successfully calorie count just 500 calories a day, this way I can quickly shrink my stomach and really concentrate on what I am eating because I'm not going to eat something like a Hungry Jacks burger as just that will have over 500 calories in it.
GOAL 1 - Lose 15kg by 27 October
Start Weight - 96kg on 22 September
Goal Weight - 81kg on 27 October
Weigh In 1 - 29 September
Weigh In 2 - 6 October
Weigh In 3 - 13 October
Weigh In 4 - 20 October
Weigh In 5 - 27 October
